I wish I could retract that email.  I am in customer service also.  I heard the care in your voicemail.  I had been on the phone all day with work and didn't  recognize your number. I take half responsibility for the communication also. I think we were both in a hurry yesterday.  I don't want you to feel bad any longer. 
I have always used a florist in Cleveland but I want I e closer to hospital.  I will most definitely call you again.  We just need to be a little more clear with each other.
