Please note that we are in the process of price changes throughout our website. With the increase of flowers over the past 18 months, some of the pricing can no longer be honored. Because we have over 1000 graphics, Please be patient with us while we make some adjustments. You may call Bibbs at 770-538-5002 if you are in question on any of these prices as some will have no effective change at all. Thank you for your patients.

Coronavirus (Covid-19) Delivery Update For everyday purchasing & delivery!

We will be delivering to homes and establishments, keeping specific protocols in mind. What does this mean to you? (Holidays) Because flowers will be brought in on a limited basis {amount}, Please order as early as possible. Orders are being fulfilled on a first come first serve basis. Because of the recent delays & import of flowers we have been experiencing new challenges. Product availability is not entirely on our side. Therefore, we will remain on alert and ask that our customers gives us at least one days (if not more) advanced notice for plant gardens and gift baskets. Flower arrangements are still available for same day delivery, hence we continue to appreciate prior enough notice. (This does not mean that we cannot do same day delivery although please understand that if your order is not received by noon (12:00) there is an increased chance that we simply cannot do same day.) If you know ahead of time that you need a flower delivery, please order ahead of time. Gift baskets, plants, fruit baskets etc. will more than likely need a 24-48 hour notice as we can no longer be running in and out of stores at whim. (Keeping in mind that our staff is just as concerned as you would be.) We do our shopping for you. With that being said, we shop during quiet hours with less risk of getting our staff & families ill. We are here to do our best and help you through your day, making it a good experience.

Per delays, our warehouses are only receiving trucks on a limited basis, is why we ask that you order early, allowing us to purchase specifics while they are in stock. The closer it gets to Friday, the less likely our chances are. (Example: an all red & white or all roses ect.) It will then become a designers choice. (If that makes sense) As well, our flower houses are closing earlier each day (then used to be) and closing earlier on Friday and not reopening again until Monday, most times then not, putting us out of business for the weekend. Hence, If you know that you will be needing Funeral, Get well or any special occasion flowers, please order before the fact.

In a nutshell… We may not be with our loved ones during certain times this year, although we can send the sweet scent of flowers their way!

Here at Bibbs Flowers & Gifts, we are keeping it safe. There will be no hand in hand contact. Deliveries will be made at the door and our driver will call into the household once he returns to the vehicle. (We are fully masked and gloved, drivers are disinfected between every stop!) Remembering that my family is as concerned as your family…

Hospitals are excepting deliveries although we are no longer allowed to personally deliver to rooms, the staff is now delivering, assisted living has exceptions as well.  (with the exception of Lanier Village Estates, we will be delivering with their protocol’s in place- staffing will be in charge), (If you are in question please call for information on Certain businesses before placing your order)

Hence…I also understand first hand, the stress that we are all under. Please be kind, patient and understanding as we are all in this together…We are here to help make your day a better one.

Notices – Please be advised that delivery charges are mostly normal during the course of the year although they are subject to change around the holiday’s. And most likely will. Please feel free to inquire about charges or fees that apply. Although we offer same day delivery, during these times it is not always humanly possible to satisfy everyone, (After hours delivery charges may apply) especially on a holiday as Mothers day or Valentines day. And there is a time line that must be met in order to offer same day delivery. Please note that we do offer delivery to out of the way places although any delivery to the following townships do come with minimal orders and higher delivery charges.   • Dawsonville = $2.50-5.00 extra (to most areas)
  • Cumming = $2.50 up extra (to most areas)
  • Buford $2.50 up extra (some areas do not apply)
  • Regardless of area, we will compensate in flowers! Heavy hands make for happy hearts!

Fees & Services: Please be advised that there is a $1.35 service charge for any orders being placed from the pay station. We do except AMEX Cards & Discover. For any Amex card being processed- flower orders must exceed $55.00 or above (flower order only) to use your Amex card or Discover, a fee of $3.50 processing charge will be added onto that. If you are using a rewards card then all fees will apply. Sorry for the inconvenience (we are working on this) or you may call 770-538-5002 to place your order or if you have any questions.

Be advised that there are policies for any complaints or replacements in product, because we are dealing with a perishable product, there is a window of 24-48 hours only. If you have any digressions with your flowers or any service please contact us within 24 hours. Please call and inquire if you have any questions. 770-538-5002

With the understanding that our cards will only hold a brief card message, please be advised that if your card message is too large to fit, we will then take it upon ourselves to transfer your message to a larger card (Greeting Card) We charge $3.50 for the card and the print. Thank you.

I apologize for any misunderstanding on our graphics although we do charge for delivery. I will make up for it in flowers. We are working diligently to improve our site. Please be patient and “I” will see to it that you are not disappointed.

We understand that not all websites are the same, everyone has its own unique look and feel. Although in the flower industry, its easy enough to duplicate the look of a floral arrangement. Although there are time the exact product you choose may not be in stock and we may have to alter your order somewhat. In doing so I will be certain that no value is removed from such order. If anything at all, I will upgrade your order to compensate. If you should see any photo on our site that belongs to you, please feel free to email us with your proof of claim & we will be more then happy to oblige.
