Wish I could retract that email.  I'm in customer service also.  I heard the care in your voicemail. Also I had been on the phone all day with work and didn't recognize your number. Definitely take half responsibility for the communication also. And think we were both in a hurry yesterday.  Certainly don't want you to feel bad any longer.
I have always used a florist in Cleveland but I want one closer to hospital.  And will most definitely call you again.  We just need to be a little more clear with each other.
